If you have successfully made a deposit and your bank account has been charged, but you have not yet received your in-game coins.

Please follow these steps to provide evidence:

Step 1: Click on the "Support" button in the upper right corner.

Step 2: Contact the online customer service and provide your game ID, phone number, and payment evidence.

Step 3: The payment evidence should display the correct time and recipient's UPI ID. Wait for the customer service's verification result.
